“Tag-a-long Policy”

Our salon space is small and intimate! Friends, parents, siblings, significant other’s, etc. are always welcome as company for clients to bring along to their appointments. Just be warned that it can be a LONG time for your

company to sit in one place and stare at your hair and our backside while we work, so make sure they bring something to entertain themselves with!

Non-mobile infants 6 months old or younger (especially those that need to be near because they are breastfeeding) are ALWAYS welcome. Any children older than 6 months old should NOT be brought to your appointment as we cannot properly supervise them while working on your hair. HOWEVER, children are welcome *IF* you also bring along an additional adult to keep an eye on them. Again, it can be a LONG time for your children to sit in one place and stare at your hair and my backside while we work, so make sure you bring something they can entertain themselves with!

Cancelation Policy 

If you cancel an appointment with LESS than 24 hours in advance you are subject to a fee of up to 50% of your service appointment. While we recognize every situation is different , it will be to your stylists discretion. ( We hate doing this so please don’t make us enforce it.)

If a client (repeat or otherwise) late cancels or breaks an appointment two consecutive times or more, the client will be subject to a 50% deposit required for all future appointments scheduled in addition to the late cancellation fee.

-New clients may be asked to make a $50 deposit i order to secure their appointment. This is refundable up to a week prior to the appointment date.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo

 -If you are a client who has been using credit cards as a preferred method of payment, please note as of June 5th, any credit card transaction will have an additional 5% fee.  

Take a few moments to download the Venmo app to your smart device, and link your preferred card to avoid this fee. 

Cell Phones

For the comfort of our guests we ask that all cell phones be set to off or vibrate during your visit to the salon.

FYI

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles while in the salon. Please wear the smock provided for you through the completion of your service.
